What type of clothing does Nivra Fashion offer?

We offer a curated selection of women’s wear including short and long kurtis, comfortable pants, skirts, and two-piece co-ord sets. Our designs focus on elegance, ease, and South Indian style sensibilities.

Are all your products ready to ship?

Most of our products are ready to ship as soon as the order is processed. Availability is mentioned on each product page.

Are your cloth wallets and bags washable?

Yes, our cloth wallets and sling bags are made with durable materials. We recommend spot cleaning with mild soap and cold water for longevity.

What sizes are available for your outfits?

 At Nivra Fashion, our outfits are available in sizes XS to XXL. Detailed size charts are provided on each product page to help you choose the right fit.

Yes, we currently deliver across India through trusted courier partners.

How long will my order take to arrive?

Orders are typically processed in 1–3 business days and delivered within 4–7 business days after dispatch. Remote areas may take a bit longer.

Exchanges

Can I exchange a product?

Yes, we accept exchange requests made on the same day you received the order,if the item received is damaged, defective, wrong product and in case you face size issues. The product is eligible for exchange if the item is unused, unwashed, and in its original packaging.

Are earrings eligible for exchange?

For hygiene reasons, we do not accept exchanges on earrings.

How do I request an exchange?

Email us at care@nivrafashion.com with your order number, reason for exchange and opening video. Our team will guide you through the process.
