We do not offer refunds or cancellations after payment is made. Please make sure to check all details of your order before finalising your purchase.

Exchange Policy

We allow exchanges only if:

• The item received is damaged or defective, or
• You received the wrong product.

Size Issues?

If the size doesn’t fit and your request is genuine, we can consider a size exchange.

Important Terms & Conditions

Time Limit:
The exchange request must be placed on the same day you receive your order. 

Item Condition:
To qualify for an exchange:

• Products should be unused, with tags attached and original packaging preserved.
• Products will go through a quality check before approval.
• Items without tags or that fail quality checks will not be accepted.

Shipping Costs:
We do not offer pickup services. You will need to send the product back yourself at your own expense.

Size Exchange:

• We only offer size replacements.
• If your size is not available, you may choose another item within 30 days.
• If the new item is more expensive, you’ll need to pay the difference.
• If the new item is less expensive, the balance will be given as a coupon code, which can be used for your next purchase from Nivra Fashion within 30 days.
• No cash refunds will be provided.

Defective Item?
If you think the item has a defect, kindly do the following

• Share an unboxing video as proof.
• Contact us immediately with your Order ID and the video using the number in our profile.

Exchange Limit:

• Once exchanged, items cannot be exchanged again.

Non-Exchangeable Items

We cannot accept exchanges for the following:

• White-coloured items
• Premium collections
• Sale items with over 25% discount

Note:

The product price includes shipping charges, which will be calculated and deducted from the refund coupon amount.
