Tracking Your Order

Incorrect Addresses

Please double-check your shipping address before confirming your order. We are not responsible for delays or missed deliveries due to incorrect or incomplete address details.

Missed Deliveries

If the courier fails to deliver the parcel due to unavailability or incorrect address, it will be returned to us. Re-dispatch will incur additional shipping fees.

Damaged Packages

If your package arrives visibly damaged, we advise you to refuse the delivery and contact us immediately by sharing photo or video proof of the damage. Once verified, we will initiate a replacement.
